You’ll find when dealing with us that Car Care Solutions is fair, honest, and up front.  You won’t find yourself a victim of fast talk, false promises, or corporate indifference.  Our policies are clear and simple to understand. You won’t need a legal degree to understand the fine print.  On this page, you can find out for yourself as we list our policies for most common situations.

Payment Policies

  • Payment Methods - The only credit cards we accept are Visa and MasterCard.  We do not accept personal checks or promises to pay. We will verify your credit card information when you provide it and under no circumstances share any of that information with other parties.
  • Credit - Car Care Solutions, as a policy, does not offer credit. We are a small business and we have chosen not to go into the credit business to keep our prices as low as possible

Quantity Discounts

  • Dealers and resellers can call us at 248-477-9315 or email tom@carcaresolutions.biz for information on quantity discounts and reseller arrangements.
  • For dealers and detailing shops, most products are available in 1 and 5 gallon sizes as well.  Please call us at 248-477-9315 for details and pricing.

Shipping and Handling

  • We only ship within the continental United States.
  • We provide free ground shipping on all orders over $30.00. A shipping fee of $4.00 will be charged on orders less than $30 for ground shipping.
  • Expedited delivery is also available for an extra charge.  This charge will be just what we are charged by the carrier and we do not mark it up. Please call us (248-477-9315) for charges on expedited air shipping options.
  • We charge no handling fees.  Too many online merchants use this as a deceptive way of increasing the price you pay even though their listed price appears low. We do not like this happening to us when purchasing online and we will not do it to our customers

Warranties

  • All CCS products are warranted to do what is stated in our advertising and on this web site. If any item does not live up to its billing, we will refund your money if you return it to us within 30 days.
  • CCS is not responsible for damage caused by the improper use of its products.  Usage instructions are included with all products and must be followed precisely.

Return Policies

  • We accept returns on goods that are defective. In these circumstances, we will either replace the defective item or refund your money, per your request.   If more than half the returned product has been used, we will assume that you were satisfied enough to use a significant amount of the product and charge you proportionately.
  • We will refund any item returned to us within 30 days of your purchasing it if you are not satisfied with it. Just pack it up and ship it to us with an explanation of what caused your dissatisfaction. We ask this in order to know how to make our future products better. In these instances, we require you to pay for the return shipping.

Privacy Policy

  • Our customer privacy policy is simple: Unless ordered to do so by a court of law, we do not give out any information, especially addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses of any of our customers ever.  Period.
  • Unless you indicate otherwise, we treat all information you provide to us as confidential. Period.  Your privacy is your right and we feel it is wrong for us to make money selling your name to those who would invade it.
